A hurricane unbeaten chanceless knock of 158 runs by Sandamal Dulakshana helped Royal College Colombo to beat Homagama Maha Vidyalaya by innings and eleven runs in their inter school under 15 division three tournament cricket match played in Colombo.

Sandamal had twenty one hits to the ropes and six over and occupied the crease for 155 minutes and faced 149 balls. Also he was associated in a record unbeaten opening stand of 254 runs with Sedith Caldera who was unbeaten on 73 runs.

Batting first visitors were all out for 180 runs with Chiran Hansaka scoring 50 runs and in reply Royalists declared at 254 for no loss and in their second essay visitors collapsed for 63 runs with Thevmith Arthanayake claiming 5 for 15 runs.
