Pakistan Under 19’s beat Sri Lanka Under 19’s by five wickets in the third Youth ODI match to lead the series 2-1 at Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket stadium Hambantota yesterday.

Pakistan under 19’s won the toss and elected to field. Sri Lanka under 19 was bowled out for183 runs in 48.3 overs.

Left hand opener Kamil Mishara scored 73 runs in 117 balls with 5 boundaries. Sonal Dinusha (32), Avishka Tharindu (26), Nipun Dhananjaya (17) and Naveen Fernando (10) helped to build their innings.

Kamil Mishara and Sonal Dinusha were involved in a 50 runs stand for 4th wicket. Opener Kamil Mishara and skipper Nipun Dhananjaya put on 48 runs for 2nd wicket. Kamil Mishara and Avishka Tharindu were associated in a 46 runs stand for 5th wicket Akthar Shah took 4 wickets for 19 runs and Junaid Khan took 2 wickets for 38 runs.

Pakistan Under 19’s scored 184 runs for 5 wickets in 46 overs. Skipper Rohail Nazir scored an invaluable 76 runs in 117 deliveries with 6 fours. Qasim Akram (26), Haris Khan (25*), Mohommad Taha (25) and Junaid Khan (11*) helped to build their inning. Dilshan Madushanka and Rohan Sanjaya took 2 wickets each.
