Rs. 10,000 fined for having live ammunition

An accused was fined Rs. 10,000 for having a stock of T56 live cartridges by the Deiyandara Chief Magistrate and Additional District Judge Lusaka Kumari Dharmakeerthi recently.

Twenty four live cartridges that were seized on a tip off were produced in Court as case productions by police.

The accused was a resident of Makandura in Mawarala.

Mawarala Police prosecuted.
