Colombo Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake ordered to extend the remand of former Lieutenant Commander Chandana Prasad Hettiarachchi alias “Navy Sampath” and six others, who were arrested over the abduction and disappeared of 11 youths between 2008 and 2009, till May 21.
