Three nabbed with defamatory letters handed over to CCD

Three were arrested last night with 600 letters defamatory of the President and inciting enmity among races in Pettah.

Arrestees have been handed over to the Colombo Crimes Division for further questioning, Police Spokesman SP Ruwan Gunasekera said.
