Croc kills woman in reservoir

A woman was killed by a crocodile in the Valkaddu tank in Kadukkamunai, recently. The victim has been identified as Elayathamby Nallammah, a 50-year-old mother of seven and resident of Kadukkamunai, Kokkaddichcholai.

The tank is used by residents of Arulnesapuram and Sothankaddu, and this was the first time such an incident has been reported in the area.
