Kalmunai hospital accident unit to cost Rs. 2,000 mn

Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine State Minister Faizal Cassim launched the construction work for an Accident and Emergency Unit at the Kalmunai Ashraff Memorial Base Hospital, recently.

It will be built at a cost of Rs. 2,000 million. The ceremony was organised by Kalmunai Ashraff Memorial Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. A. L. F. Rahman.

State Minister Cassim directed officials to expedite the development work so that residents could obtain the services soon.
