Fourth accused in D. A. Rajapaksa Museum case allows to go abroad

Sudammika Keminda Artigala, whose passport was impounded in connection with the D. A. Rajapaksa Museum case was temporally permitted to travel abroad by Permanent High Court-at-Bar.

Trial-at-bar bench comprising High Court Judges Sampath Abeykoon (President), Sampath Wijeratne and Champa Janaki Rajaratne allowed Sudammika Keminda Artigala, the fourth accused in the case to travel South Africa in order to attend in a seminar.

The case will be taken up again for hearing on March 28.
