Whyteleafe BizKids Fair 2019 develops leadership skills

Another massive milestone was passed when Whyteleafe Performing Arts Academy held their BizKids Fair 2019 recently. Dulith Herath – Founder of Kapruka was the Guest of Honor who spared his valuable time with students by sharing his own experiences in the field of business.

Around 55 young entrepreneurs proudly presented their products and services at the event raising eyebrows of all the guests with their flair for business. Whyteleafe Academy’s Young Entrepreneurs Program is just not the concept that has been on in the structural and formal education system for decades. Whyteleafe BizKids Fair is about setting up a serious business and making real money. They have students who take the effort of doing market researches before choosing their ideas.

There are students who pay salaries to their own family members for working in their organization. These children were very creative and came up with their own products which boasted of quality under the supervision of the director of Whyteleafe Academy, Nalaka Swarnathilake and other teachers.

It is part of the Whyteleafe mission to spend their hard earned money in welfare projects. Almost every student of the academy loves to donate something of their earning to someone who is in need.
