Road development under Pura Neguma

The rural road network in Pallepola Pradeshiya Sabha in Matale is to be developed within this year. This is under the Pura Neguma programme. At the first stage, the Pallepola crematorium road and Mahabodhi Vidyala road will be renovated at the cost of Rs. 6 million.

Other rural roads in the area are to be renovated under this programme, Pallepola Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Jagath Dissanayaka said.
