Two PS members, six others in gambling den arrested

Eight suspects including two Pohottuwa PS councillors were arrested by Nawagattegama Police on February 21, while they were gambling in Welewewa, Nawagattegama.

The suspects are to be produced before the Anamaduwa Magistrate’s Court yesterday. The two PS councilors have been arrested previously as well over several misdeeds.

Nawagattegama Police are investigating.
