Gymkhana pink Elephant Sri Lanka veteran rugby team will participate in the Bangkok International rugby 10s which will be held on of February 16 and 17 in Pathana, Bangkok. The veteran team consisting of many former CH & FC and National players took forward with much anticipation to take part in the Bangkok 10s this year, and our veteran players embarked on this tour with optimism & confidence gained the previous years in this prestigious tournament.
Over 35 Team: Ajith Upawansa (Captain), Nalin Dissanayake, Bimal Perera, Duminda De Silva, Janaka Heart, A.G Anura, Azad Weerabansa, Frank Abeysinghe, R. Manoj, Hisham Mohamed, Nimantha Abeysinghe and Upali Wasantha.
Over 50 Team: Aitha Botheju (Captain), Azad Samsudeen, Rohan Abeykoon, Graham Raux, Sudesh Abeysinghe, Chinthaka De Silva, Pradeep De Alwis, Bandula De Silva, Anver Jayah, Thasneem Lafir, Danajaya Weerasekara, Tharaka Rathnasiri and Amal Silva.
