Education sector should be streamlined and updated promptly

Education sector should be streamlined and updated promptly to form professionals, who are capable to bring the country forward, Education Minister Akila Wiraj Kariyawasam said.

The Minister said so while addressing a newly recruited 123 teachers at the Education Ministry auditorium today.  These teachers have been recruited to teach professional subjects at Advanced Level classes.

He further said that the country is blessed with a wise human resources but it can be observed a lack of forming professional.
