Ceylon Chamber hosts ‘2019 Outlook Seminar’ on January 17

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will organize its annual outlook seminar for 2019 under the theme of ‘Building Resilience Amidst Uncertainty’ on January 17 at the Chamber auditorium.

The seminar serves as an important opportunity to understand both the outlook for the economy and key sectors in 2019.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Dr. Indrajit Coomaraswamy will deliver the keynote address. It will then be followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Dushni Weerakoon, Executive Director of Institute of Policy Studies, Reyaz Mihular, Managing Partner of KPMG Sri Lanka and Chairman Middle East South Asia Region and Manohari Abeysekera, Head – Strategic Development of Hayleys PLC sharing their perspectives on the theme and the outlook for 2019. Chief Economist of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, Shiran Fernando, will be the key presenter and will also moderate the panel discussion.
