Sri Lanka’s Got Talent, the original franchised show was presented by Sirasa TV got extremely popular for bringing in local talent on a global stage. This franchised show attracted millions across the country and also some of the talent went viral in digital platforms grabbing attention of global Got Talent fans and the show made history as the most watched Sri Lankan show in the world.

SLAF Angam Team led by Ajantha Mahantharachchige walked away with the grand prize in Sri Lanka’s Got Talent finale and received Rs.10 Million as the grand price. The price cheque was given by The Capital Maharaja Organization Head of Electronic Media and Group Director Nedra Weerasinghe to Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy.

Fast mental arithmetic act Nimna Hiranya received the runner up of the competition and received Rs. 1 million and the award was given by MTV Channel Private Limited, Chief Executive Officer, Susara Dinal. Nimna Hiranya got popular across world for this exclusive skill she has developed and her video has more than 10 million views.
