Ladies College entered the under 18 All Island Netball Championships after a lapse of over 19 years and will compete with the top 27 schools from 9 districts for the coveted National title.

This same team entered the top four (semi-finals) in the under 16 category in the 2016 Milo All Island Championships.

This time round in the older age group (under 18) they qualified from the highly competitive Western Province after winning the Circuits, Zonals (runners-up) and Provincial Championships (3rd).

Over 4800 schools participated in netball and it is easily one of the most competitive sports in the country, with massive provincial interest and participation.
