JO leaders to meet MR tomorrow

All party leaders of the Joint Opposition (JO) will meet former President Mahinda Rajapaksa tomorrow (30) in Colombo, to discuss the 20th Amendment to the Constitution, brought by the JVP as a private members’ Bill in Parliament, to abolish the executive presidency.

JO sources said a decision will be taken at the meeting on whether or not to support the 20th Amendment.
