Homagama Magistrate Udesh Ranatunga yesterday found Bodu Bala Sena General Secretary Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera guilty for threatening Sandhya Ekneligoda, wife of missing journalist Pradeep Ekneligoda within the Homagama Magistrate’s Court premises on January 25, 2016.
Homagama Police filed this case against Ven.Gnanasara Thera charging him with criminal harrasment and intimidation under the Penal Code. Delivering the verdict, Homagama Magistrate Udesh Ranatunga ordered to obtain the fingerprints of Ven.Gnanasara Thera.
