Ward Place closed due to anti-SAITM protest

Ward Place in Colombo is temporarily closed due to an ati-SAITM protest launched by the Inter University Students Federation (IUSF).

The protest was launched in demand to abolish the South Asian Institute of Technology and Medicine (SAITM) in Malabe.

The Police advised commuters to use alternate routes.
