Pink ball matches end in draws

Galle chasing 316 for victory were 66-2 to draw their 4-day Super Four Provincial pink ball match against Dambulla at the Rangiri Dambulla Stadium yesterday.

Dambulla who trailed Galle by 11 runs in the first innings declared their second innings at 325-7 with Ashan Priyanjan contributing 95 off 169 balls (9 fours) and Sachitra Serasinghe 112 off 208 balls (13 fours), the pair adding 141 runs for the third wicket.

Colombo and Kandy drew their rain-affected match played at Hambantota.
