The meritorius act of enshrining the Sacred Hair Relics and other relics of The Buddha, relics of Ven.Bakkula Arahanth and 10 other Ven Aarahanths in the Bakkula Dagoba at Seela Suwa Arana in Horana will be held from February 17 to 19 under the patronage of the Ven Galigamuwa Gnanadeepa Thera.
