A news release from the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO) of Chicago , Illinois, USA, on August 7 has announced that M/S Kelani Cables PLC has been recognized as one of the exemplary .companies in the Asia and Pacific rim Countries in the World of World Class Quality Performance in the large manufacturing category.
The APQO further added that there were 22 organizations from 11 Asia and Pacific Countries recognized as exemplary companies of world Class Quality Performance. Director, CEO Mahinda Saranapala told Daily News Business that the award ceremony is scheduled to be held in October at Manila, Philippines. He added this is another international recognition for total commitment and dedication of the company to deliver superior quality product to their valued customers all the time. Saranapala said that this recognition added more value to their team spirit to sustain the performance excellence.
