A suspect found guilty of indecent behaviour under the influence of alchol at the Ratnapura bus stand and abusing police officers who admonished him was fined R. 4,000 and sentenced to six months RI suspended to 10 years by the Ratnapura Chief Magistrate Saliya Channa Abeyratne on January 25. Ratnapura police prosecuted.
