The documents on the tender were handed over to the Prime Minister’s office by two of the directors of the People’s Bank. The tender application by one company for the transaction had been submitted keeping the possibility of varying the value between USD 4.5 million to USD 5.5 million last week to the director board meeting.

Based on the fact that the tender for the same transaction had been called within five days and submission of two directors that a fraud is involved in the transaction, the director board meeting came to an end without a decision.
