Splendour of Kandy Maha Esala Perahera
The Esala Maha Perahera is the grandest Buddhist
procession in Sri Lanka and the display of the Tooth Relics of the
Buddha while Rio de Janeiro has long been regarded as the Carnival

Respecting judicial institutions
Ms. Vivienne Gunewardene who represented the
Borella and North Colombo electorates in Parliament several times,
was a leader of the Lanka Sama Samaja Party as well as of the Left
