Capturing the authentic flavours of Thailand this month's hot and
sour lobster soup, Yang Tha For Goong Mai Miam, is similar in flavour to
the much loved traditional Tom Yum soup. The signature soup is complete
with succulent lobster and is garnished with authentic spices that bring
out the true flavour of this hearty soup.
Follow the soup with a tantalizing main course of Pla Kan Thod Pig
Soth Kathriyam Sauce, a deep fried whole garoupa with infused flavours
of chilli and vinegar. This filling main meal represents "Mama's"
contemporary home style cooking boasting an array of traditional Thai
flavour and presenting a strong element from her native culture. |
