The hospital

The Northern Naval Command Hospital renovated by the Sri Lanka Navy was opened by Northern Naval Area Commander Rear Admiral Ravindra Wijegunarathne recently.

Renovation was carried out under the guidance of the Navy Commander to enhance patient care facilities meeting present and future healthcare requirements of the Northern Naval Area.

Laboratory and physiotherapy units have also been upgraded with modern equipment to improve the services.

This is part of the social service activities carried out by the Navy to develop infrastructure facilities and uplift livelihoods of the North and East people.
