Healthguard's focus on emerging needs

Healthguard, the first branded retail pharmaceutical chain in Sri Lanka has over many years created a different shopping experience with its evolving range of offerings to discerning customers, a media release said.

The caring and professional service received by each shopper has raised the level of customer loyalty.

Healthguard is a subsidiary of Swiss Biogenics Ltd., (SBL), which was set up in 1967 and is in the business of pharmaceutical marketing and distribution. SBL in partnership with the largest healthcare companies in the world has brought to Sri Lanka 1000s of pharmaceutical, neutraceutical, medical diagnostic equipment and surgical products.

Healthguard was recently re-launched, offering a prominent range of wellness and beauty care products in addition to its traditional portfolio. The wide variety of pharmaceuticals, beauty and wellness offerings make it convenient for any shopper to easily access these under one roof. This change was in response to the growing need of the public to have quality, internationally brands in one store.

Currently, the vast range of products include Neutrogena, J&J, St. Ives, Revlon and Palmers in addition to the standard product range available in supermarkets.
