Colombo Chetty Association of Sri Lanka Sport Day

The annual Sports Day has been an integral part of the association's event calendar.

As in the past, the sport day will once again be held at the P. Saravanamuttu International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, of May 20.

It is a full day of competition and fun. The day's events includes, six-a-side cricket tournament for men; ladies and children (under 14 years); netball tournament for ladies; tug-a-war competition for men; Indoor games and competitions for the young and the old. There will be a live band in attendance throughout the day. The cricket and netball tournaments are open only to the members of the Colombo Chetty Community. Teams from the Western; North Western and Southern Provinces are expected to take part in the tournaments.

The Day's programme is schedule to start at 9.00 a.m.

Entrance ticket to the ground is Rs. 450 inclusive of Buffet Lunch.
