A book written by Power and Energy Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka was launched at the Kanduboda Aranya Senasana premises in Biyagama, recently. This book was compiled with the experience gained by the minister when he observed Dasa Sil for 10 days to coincide the 2600th Sambudhdhathwa Jayanthi. This had been written in four parts and anyone who needs the book can receive it free.
