Union Advisor and former Colombo District Parliamentarian Bharatha
Lakshman Premachandra yesterday arrested a suspect who is alleged to

Vehicles stolen after intoxicating driver
Five men were arrested by the Horana police for
the theft of motor vehicles in Horana and Awissawella areas. This
gang had rented vehicles from cab services and during the journey
the driver had been given a soft drink mixed with drugs.
