Postal vote marking March 8,9

Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake issuing a press release about the Local Authority Elections - 2011 said that the marking of postal ballot papers and the delivery of marked ballot papers to Post Offices have been fixed on March 8 and 9.
