Japan assures continued development assistance

Japan has assured Sri Lanka that Overseas Development Assistance will be continuously extended to the island in the fields of infrastructure and tourism.

This assurance has been given by Seiji Maehara Japan’s Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to a Sri Lankan delegation Ministers Prof. G. L. Peiris and Basil Rajapaksa are on a five day visit to Japan.
