 The Average Weighted Prime Lending Rate (AWPLR) and the Lowest
Prime Rate (LPR) during the week ended 16th April, 2010 by all 
ommercial banks was 10.42 percent and 9.00 percent respectively.

banks, for the month of March, 2010 was 7.22 percent.
