Pegasus House Swimmers victorious

Pegasus House emerged overall Champions with 311 points in the Wycherley Annual Swimming Meet held at the Royal College Swimming Pool recently.

Pegasus House bagged the Marian Iqbal Trophy with 311 points. Athena House were the Runners-up with 220 points.

More than 300 participants from four houses namely Apollo, Athena, Triton and Pegasus took part in 70 events.

The Swimming Meet was staged under age categories of under 10, 12, 14, 16 and open for boys and girls. The Chief Guest was Kingsley Jayasinghe (Principal) and Mrs. Rukmal Jayasinghe, M. H. M. Rafiq gave away the awards for the winners.

M. S. Hallaldeen and Ramesh Fernando (Sports Co-ordinators) did an untiring job in the success of this meet.
