Tiger vehicle bomb expert arrested
LTTE suspect Balachandran (48) arrested in
Vavuniya has helped to carry out LTTE bomb explosions by fixing
bombs in more than 20 vehicles including cars, vans, three-wheel
taxis and motorcycles according to confessions made by him during
intellogations conducted by a special police team from the Central
Province.
