ICASL seminar

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL) has organized a seminar on 'HR part of the CFO's job' on May 5 at the Cinnamon Grand from 8.45 am to 2.00 pm.

The seminar would focus on four key areas in four separate sessions conducted by a panel of experts in the field. The first session would focus on 'Line Manager's role as a HR Manager' conducted by Chathuri Munaweera - General Manager HR and Legal, Eagle Insurance PLC, The second session would be on 'How High Performing companies attract and motivate their key people' conducted by C Hewapattini - Head of HR, Nations Trust Bank.

The third session would be on 'Performance Measures and Rewards' done by Dinesh Weerakkody - Managing Director, Cornucopia, and the fourth and the final session on 'Learning and Development' conducted by Aroshi Perera - Head of Risk and Control, Brandix.
