Officers and kennel attached to the Kennel Unit of Sri Lanka Police will receive special training in handling explosives and crime investigations shortly. A team of experts led by Tomy Fersend, Head of Kennel Unit, Sweden will arrive in Sri Lanka on Saturday to commence this training program.

This will be the first of such training programs undertaken by professional foreign experts nearly after 15 years, ASP attached to Police Kennel Unit Lal Seneviratne said.
