The National Police Commission has decided to promote 73 ASPP to the rank of SP Grade II.

88 confirmed officers who have completed eight years of service in the rank of ASP with an unblemished service record during the preceding five years will be called before a five member Interview Board. Applications close on 25.02.2009.
