Remembering Benazir Bhutto
I was in China when I heard of Benazir Bhutto’s
death. I had come back late at night to my hotel, switched on
television while getting ready for bed, and been jolted into wide
awakeness by the awful news.

Who in the Bhutto family would have ever thought

will one day win the distinction of being the first Woman Prime
minister of a Muslim country and the most Charismatic and popular
political leader of the world.
