the first day of the All Island School Games which began at the
Sugathadasa Outdoor Stadium last morning.

The defending championship of the Kit Premier
League Ratnam Sports Club got off to flying start yesterday at the
CR and FC ground defeating Saunders Sports Club two goals to nil.

unbeaten century to help NCC reach an impressive 368 for 7 in their
first innings on the opening day of their SLC under 23 division one
