Challenge of soaring oil prices
Early in January this year the world was shaken
when crude oil touched $100 a barrel. The frightening prospect of
oil prices hitting $200 a barrel looms large. That dreadful day was
not expected before 2010.
An opportunity in the East that we must not miss
The underdeveloped nature of our land is a
gigantic asset to us that the West will envy if they were to think
about it because of our potential for fully planned development
within the state-of-the-art technical and environmental know-how
that there is today.
Small is, Confusing
Every perceivable thing is relative, says the
scientists. The truth of this assertion is never more apparent than
in our usage of the everyday language. It is here that we excel most
at the art of obfuscation and easy generalisation. What is gigantic
for one person is only a reasonable size for another.
