CC only after Select Committee report - PM
Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayaka yesterday
told Parliament that President Mahinda Rajapaksa has decided not to
appoint the Constitutional Council until he receives the report of
the Parliamentary Select Committee that is going into the matter.
