AWD Group take on Airport and Aviation in final

AWD Group will be up against Airport and Aviation Services in the final of the ‘D’ division Mercantile Knock out Hockey Tournament which is scheduled to be worked off on February 22 at Malay grounds, Colombo and conducted by the Mercantile Hockey Association.

HSBC stickers will take on John Keells in the semi final of the ‘B’ division Mercantile knock out hockey tournament which will be played at Astro Turf, Reid Avenue, Colombo on February 27, the winner will meet Browns Group in the final which is scheduled to be worked off on March 5 at the same venue, as Browns Group has already drawn into the final when they became group leaders.

Dialog Telekom will confront SriLankan Airlines in a semi final fixture of the ‘C’ division Mercantile knock out tournament while Arpico will be up against Unilever in the other semifinal at Malay Grounds. The final will be played on March 7.

The ‘A’ division Mercantile knock out tournament will rake place on March 29 and 30 at Astro turf with six teams taking part namely Commercial Bank, two teams from Hatton National Bank (A and B), Sampath Bank, Singer and Seylan Bank.
