Vehicles declared 'spare parts' to evade duty:
The Preventive Division, main enforcement arm of
the Sri Lanka Customs, yesterday uncovered a massive illegally
imported vehicle racket following the detection of a container with
three vehicles valued at Rs.12 million imported to Sri Lanka from
Japan under the pretext of importing spare parts.
