Import-export seminar 2007

SEMINAR: A seminar organised by The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce offers practical information that will help protect a company's interests and maximise opportunities in the global market place.

The Import/Export Seminar 2007 will take place on February 15, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at "Kings Court", Trans Asia Hotel, Colombo 2.

Among the topics to be discussed would be import procedures, export procedures, export facilitation, bonding and warehousing procedures, harnessing the potential of FTAs, goods classification and valuation and Sri Lanka Cargo Clearance system (SLACCS) - electronic submission of import and export documentation.

The resources persons would be from Sri Lanka Customs, Economic Intelligence Unit of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and eServices Lanka.
