Games enhanced bonds among SAARC nations - President

UNP to respond to President's invitation
The United National Party is to respond today to
President Mahinda Rajapaksa's request for UNP's cooperation to resolve
the national problem, the party said yesterday. Deputy General Secretary
Tissa Attanayake said party leader Ranil Wickremesinghe and deputy
leader Karu Jayasuriya had a lengthy discussion on the President's
invitation to work together to achieve the desired objective and would
response positively.
