Royal - Thomian veterans clash

CRICKET: The traditional limited overs cricket match between Old Royalists and Old Thomians for the Chulaka de Zoysa Memorial Trophy will be played on Saturday March 4 at the CCC Grounds. The match this year will be the twelfth in the series. A unique feature is that the teams will be made of two players over the age of 40 years, two players between 36-40 years, five players between 26-35 years and two players between 20-25 years.

Duleep Mendis and Jagath Fernando are the Chief Guests this year. As in the past the match is sponsored by Associated Motorways Ltd. the final teams will be selected from the following;
