Kadir killing: Two arrested

TWO men directly involved in planning the assassination of Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar have been arrested, IGP Chandra Fernando said Sunday. The two men were taken into custody here and were being interrogated, Fernando said, adding that evidence so far suggested the involvement of the LTTE.
