India won't agree to redraw boundaries - Manmohan Singh NEW DELHI, Wednesday (The Hindu) Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh,
informed Parliament that he had told the Pakistan President, Pervez
Musharraf, that "while we are willing to look at various options [for
a negotiated settlement of the issue of Jammu and Kashmir], we will not
agree to any redrawing of boundaries, or another partition of the
